Calm Water Ripples

"Healing isn’t done to you.
It’s something you make space for within."

Your first session includes extra time to review your health history, current concerns/goals for the session and the body work. If you are inclined to print and complete the intake forms before you arrive, that simply allows more time
for discussion and body work.

Clothing

Sessions are received fully clothed. Soft, stretchy clothing that allows for ease of movement such as sweatpants, yoga pants, athletic shorts, etc. are all fine.
Jeans or structured clothing is not recommended.

Jewelry/Piercings

I will ask you to remove jewelry before starting your treatment for your safety and comfort.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. "Life happens" and therapeutic bodywork is meant to reduce stress, not create it. Communication when something comes up goes a long way. To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policies apply:

Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy, Ki Soma will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance via email and text.

Cancellations with 24-hour Notice

24 hours’ notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
First occurrence: You will receive a call or text reminder of this policy. No fee will be charged. Subsequent occurrences: A non-negotiable $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations must be made by phone or text.

No-shows

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice by phone or text, a non-negotiable $90 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

Your privacy

All information provided, including health history and details shared during sessions, is strictly confidential. No information will be released to any third party (including family members or physicians) without a clients written consent, except as required by law.
